BUILT FOR THE TOOLS YOU ALREADY KNOW

Find your stack

Your next deploy, simplified.

Bring your code.

Connect GitHub and pick a repository. We’ll detect your stack and find the right way to build it.

Make it yours.

Review your settings, add your variables and choose your resources. See the price before you deploy.

Put it out there.

Deploy to your own HTTPS URL. Your next push becomes your next release. Keep building from there.

From your repository to a live service, with the build and configuration in your control.

THE SMALL THINGS ARE BIG THINGS

Built around
your everyday work.

A FOUNDATION WORTH BUILDING ON

Confidence starts
with the essentials.

Private networking, managed HTTPS and workspace permissions, built into the services you run.

Private connections

Keep service-to-service traffic within an explicitly isolated network.

Deliberate access

Manage who can access your workspace and which work each teammate can perform.

Secrets stay secret

Set environment variables in the console and keep sensitive values out of source control.

Recovery you can test

Create database backups and restore a saved copy when your application needs it.

A way back

Retained releases make application rollback part of the deployment workflow.

Managed HTTPS

Encrypted public connections, with certificate management handled for you.

$56/mo

per service, before tax

Choose Scale
  • 4 GiB memory
  • 2 shared CPUs
  • 500 GB outbound transfer
  • 2,400 pooled build minutes
  • 30-day log retention

The same instance prices apply to web services, private services, workers, and cron jobs. No workspace subscription. Up to 10 members with active paid services.

How pricing works

Prices are per service, per month, for one replica, before applicable taxes. CPU is shared. Databases, extra replicas, and persistent disks are priced separately. Checkout and invoices are in USD; NGN figures are reference estimates at ₦1,400 per $1. Your payment provider may apply a different exchange rate.

Build minutes from eligible active services are pooled at workspace level, with a minimum shared allowance of 500 minutes. Choose extra capacity explicitly in the console.

A LITTLE GUIDANCE GOES A LONG WAY

Go somewhere good.

Explore the platform

A little more
clarity.

A few things you might be wondering
before your next deploy.

Do I need to bring my own server?

No. Openstead provides and manages the hosting infrastructure. Bring your repository or compatible container image and the configuration your application needs.

What can I run on Openstead?

Web applications, static sites, private services, background workers, and cron jobs. Add PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Redis-compatible Key Value alongside them in your project.

Does Openstead detect my application?

Yes. Select a repository and application folder, then review the detected runtime and suggested settings. You can customize the build and start commands or use your own Dockerfile.

Can I use my own domain?

Yes. Add a domain to a web service or static site and follow its DNS instructions. Openstead verifies the records and manages HTTPS once the domain is connected.

Can I start for free?

Yes. Static hosting is included, and free web services have 750 shared instance hours per workspace each month and sleep after 15 minutes without traffic. You can also create one free MySQL database per workspace with 2 GB of storage. Paid instances provide additional capacity and service features.

How do payments and renewals work?

Choose the monthly capacity for each paid service, review its price, and complete hosted checkout. Renewal invoices are issued two days before the term ends. You pay each invoice; renewal does not automatically charge a saved card.

Are the naira prices checkout prices?

NGN figures help you estimate your budget at a reference rate of ₦1,400 per $1. Service checkout and invoices are in USD. Your payment provider’s exchange rate and fees determine the amount debited in another currency.

Can I move an existing application?

Yes. Bring its repository or container image, configure its environment, and transfer any persistent files or database data. Test the new service before pointing your domain to it. Contact us if you need help planning the move.
